I'm Back!

Hey!
Okay so I have gotten a lot of my homework out of the way, and I am here to post! I was going to do the what's in my purse post, but I don't have a camera, but it is coming soon. It is snowing again, I just came in from shovelling the snow. I love the snow, I like it when you come in and your cheeks are all red and cold and you are slightly out of breath. Outdoor skating is one of my favourite winter time is ski and go outdoor skating, we are had a ski day today and I am going outdoor skating on Sunday. I am a horrible skier but the bunny hill was fun and the smaller hills and the chair lift and the lodge. I fell a few times though, and knocked some people over. So this past weekend was the Canadian Figure Skating Nationals. I love all the costumes!

The Winners of the Senior Men Event: (This is my favourite event! Patrick Chan is an amazing jumper and his program was very interesting.)

1st Ptrick Chan

2ed Jeffery Buttle

3rd Shawn Sawyer

Winners of the Senior Ladies:

1st Joannie Rochette

2ed Mira Lung

3rd Cynthia Phaneuf
Winners of the Senior Pairs Event

1st Anabelle Langlois and Cody Hay
They beat the favorites Jessica Dube and Bryce Davidson I was very upset about that.

2ed Jessica Dube and Bryce Davidson

3rd Meagan Duhamel and Craig Buntin

Winners of the Senior Ice Dance

1st Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir

2ed Kaitlyn Weaver and Andrew Poje

3rd Allie Hann-McCurdy and Michael Coreno

I would also like to congratulate Vanessa Crone and Paul Porier, it was there first year at the senior level and they came in fourth. They are even more amazing in person.

I would like to thank those of you who have kept with me, I tend to get a little obsessive about skating.

I was very sad to hear that Heath Ledger died, yesterday. I loved him in 10 Things I Hate About You. Today on the way to the ski hills we watched 2 of his movies. He will be missed.

Anyways that is all for me for now. I hoped that you enjoyed my post.
More Later,
Belle

Death by Homework

Heyy everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I got back to school and my teachers were all, "how was your break?... Good I'm glad it was fun, now here is some homework, projects and an exam that will keep you very busy for the next 2 weeks." So I have a ton of homework. I am taking a short break from it now to post. I don't have enough time to do a "real" post. I swear I will post something with content next weekend. Until then,
Belle

DDR

So I was at a friends house playing DDR a couple of days ago and let me tell you its not as easy as it looks. I have played before and I have never been good at it, but I tried again and I failed. Ya the game told me I failed. It gave me an E and that doesn't stand for exellent like I thought it did. No it means you are horrible. The thing that really gets to me is all those years of dance training and yet I can't move my foot to match an arrow. I mean is DDR REALLY dancing? Hey maybe at a future school dance everyone will be playing DDR rather than dancing. It will be the dancing of the future. Everyone will stand on their DDR controllers (is that what they are called) and they will watch a big screen and move their feet with the arrows.
Okay so my rant is over. I can't believe school starts again on Monday. Where did my break go??? Anyway I will post again soon.
Love,
belle

2008

Heyy Everyone,
Happy New Year! My blog and I made it to the New Year! YAY! I am very glad that I didn't give up and I have been posting on a pretty regular basis. I have been coming up with some ideas for my blog for 2008 and I will try to post on a weekly basis. It has been a pretty crazy holiday season, so I will post more before going back to school.
Happy New Years,
Belle
